The cord model will be described by a a set of global
parameters and a list of the following items:
- External factors specifications
- which are lists
of names, units of measure, baseline values and ranges of variation
of external factors;
- Cell categories
- which consist ranges of values to be generated for
parameters of the actual cells belonging to the categories and for the
relevance coefficients, and which also contain the transfer functions
for each of the factors and for each of the cells;
- Anatomic model
- which consists of the spatial placements
of cells, described as a list of blocks, each for a
cell category.
